How do I determine the right size for my order?
We provide detailed sizing charts for each product. Please refer to these charts and measure yourself accordingly. If you are in-between sizes, we would recommend sizing up. If you're still unsure or have questions, feel free to contact us!
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
In order to avoid issues, please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
Once an order is placed, we will only be able to modify or cancel it in the first 24 hours, so please contact us ASAP if you want to request a cancellation or changes.
We will always get back to you in the next business day, so if you don't get an answer please make sure you contacted us via the correct address, try sending another message or reach out through our Instagram.
How can I track my order?
We send a confirmation email for all orders where you will also receive a tracking number linked to an online tracking service where you can easily check on the status of your order. If more than a week has passed since placing your order and you still have not received your tracking number, please contact us.
How long does shipping take?

Can I return a product if it's not as I expected it to be?
We accept returns for justified reasons such as damaged products or sizing mistakes caused by us.
