Shipping Info

In order to offer a large variety of products, all of our items are created on-demand, only once an order is received.

Worldwide shipping is FREE, but order processing and production take from 2 to 5 days, depending on the item and quantity ordered, and the shipping process itself can take between 10 and 20 business days (2-4 weeks), depending on the destination country.

Please consider both potential processing and shipping times when placing an order. And also please keep in mind that, on rare occasions, unforeseen events might affect delivery times.

We would always recommend taking a time buffer and, as much as we would love creating your ideal items, we would recommend not to order if you have a strict deadline. We would be really sad if our occasional late delivery ruined someone's birthday.
