  2. Products and Pricing

    2.1. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
    2.2. Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, or duties unless otherwise stated.

    2.3. We make every effort to ensure that product images and colors are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent the products.
    2.4. Clients are responsible for reviewing the sizing information before making a purchase. If unsure about sizing, customers are encouraged to     contact us for assistance. In cases where measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a better fit.

  3. Ordering and Payment

    3.1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
    3.2. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are conditions that make it impossible for us to complete the order. This includes situations such as our supplier running out of stock, the client not properly filling in a personalizable field, an incomplete address, our inability to contact our customer, or others.
    3.3. Cancelled orders due to the reasons underlined above will automatically be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.
    3.4. Our store does not store your credit card details, but please consider that third party applications or payment processers might store them, according to your preferences or their respective policies.

  4. Shipping and Delivery

    4.1. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors. For more information please consult our shipping information page.

    4.2. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the delivery process.

    4.3. Once the product is shipped, the risk of loss or damage is shared between us and the customer. We will do everything we can to take proper measures and ensure our clients are properly compensated.

  5. Returns and Exchanges

    5.1. We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for justified reasons such as damaged products or sizing mistakes caused by us.

    5.2. Returns for sizing mistakes caused by the customer will not be accepted.

    5.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
    5.4. Returns should not be sent to the address on the package. This address represents the last handling facility and not our warehouse. Returns sent to the sender address on the package cannot be accepted, as we are unable to receive them.
    5.5. Customers should always contact us before returning a product in order to receive specific return instructions.

  6. Issue Resolution

    6.1. We will address any issues with the orders if we are contacted via email (diredelights@gmail.com) or our contact page within a reasonable timeframe.
